Description

Our service is simple - you send us your loose forks, we refurbish them to the very highest standard and then return them to you with Fedex on an extended liability, next-day service. Once they arrive back with you, they're ready to be fitted back on the bike with no other work required.

Our service includes:

Disassembly of front forks including all internal parts
Inspection of all parts for wear or damage
Inspection of stanchions and outer tubes for straightness
Polish chrome tubes
Strip and thorough clean of piston assemblies
Rebuilt with high quality fork oil

When sending us your forks, remember the following:

Prices quoted are for a pair of forks and does not include consumables, apart from oil. Please note we only work on pairs of forks not singles
Please ensure you include a note with your full name, telephone number, email address, make/model/year of bike and a list of the services required
Make sure that the forks are reasonably clean before they are packed up, to avoid any additional cleaning charges
Our standard service does not include the cost of oil seals, dust seals, slide bushes or guide bushes. These will be inspected once the forks are stripped and changed if necessary
In some cases, it is necessary to remove and refit the spindle clamp or lower on a single or both forks. If this is required to install a cartridge kit or comprehensively service the forks, this will be charged at £50 per fork leg.
Anything over and above the aforementioned will be charged at the rate as per the optional extras on our website

Cagiva Mito 125 rebuilt forks to as new condition

Brooks have completely refurbished my Cagiva Mito MK2 USD forks. Rebuilt Internals, anodised uppers, powder coated lowers and replaced sliders. they are literally as good as new. They also supplied a new rear shock that is high quality. Great communication. Very happy customer.

2004 Zx636 Fork service and new lowers

Sent my zx636 b1h forks off for service knowing that the fork lowers would need re chroming as pitted quite badly, upon inspection Marc rang straight away to inform me they would need that doing but pre warned me that this make of forks are prone to stripping threads when stripped so rang first before he went ahead which I said yes and as he thought they stripped , that was my doing as I gave the go ahead but what happened next is where these guys where great they managed to source brand new genuine Kawasaki fork lowers and gave me them at a price which I couldn't beat looking myself , so had them rebuild and serviced the rest of the forks and had ktech springs in to match my weight. All in all a fantastic service from very knowledgeable guys who kept me informed all the way through the process which was a quick turn around , so impressed that when I get to the rear I'll be sending my rear shock to be rebuilt with a ktech spring 5******

The communication was friendly, informative and professional, which helps with better understanding of the service/repair process. On completion of the work, I was immediately contacted and briefed on what was done and the costs. The forks were dispatched to me very quickly and they are now back where they belong, on my motorbike... All appears to be working as they should and I would recomend Brook Suspension to any biker who needs fork service, repair or overhaul maintenance. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right. You can return any item within 14 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. All we ask is that you notify us of the fault within 7 days and send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging. If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Who do we use to deliver your order?

Our back office systems are fully integrated with Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details, we also aim to incorporate your mobile number within the booking process to allow the courier to send you a text message. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Small items and orders such as fork spares are usually sent via Royal Mail whereas shock absorbers and forks will be sent via FedEx or DHL, all of whom make daily collections from our premises.

All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk
All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability
Small items may be delivered by post.
