Unwanted Item/s - 14 Day Return (Must be reported within 7 days)

There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase.

You can return an item within 14 days by sending the notice of cancellation by email to sales@brooksuspension.co.uk ensuring that you quote your name, address, order reference number and tracking number of returns parcel.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, you are required to pay for the transportation off any unwanted return yourself. If you are returning from abroad then you are required to arrange and pay for the return.

We can arrange for a carrier to collect the items on your behalf and this will be deducted from your final refund.

Please note however, that all returned goods must be in a full un-used condition, unless the item(s) are faulty or defective.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty\Damaged Item's

Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error from Brook Suspension, we will be happy to replace\exchange.

Damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please inform us of any damage by email to sales@brooksuspension.co.uk ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.
Please include any photos of the damage to the item or packaging.
