Workshop Turnaround Times

Our workshop turnaround times can fluctuate for a number of reasons, such as time of year or volumes of work. We aim to provide an excellent service to our customers and will keep you informed of the current turnaround times for the various workshop services we offer.

Below is a list of current turnaround times and we strongly recommend taking these into account when you purchase a workshop service, just to ensure that you are happy with the estimated timescales detailed below.

 

Fork Refurbishment, Shock Absorber Rebuild, Steering Damper Rebuilds

2 to 3 weeks

Fork Rechroming

3 to 4 weeks

Powder Coating

1 week

Anodising

1 week

Low Friction Coating

1 week

Straightening

1 week

 

Please note: if you are purchasing multiple workshop services then the specified timescales will run consecutively. For example: if you purchase the fork rechroming service (3 to 4 weeks) and also the fork refurbishment service (2 to 3 weeks) then the total turnaround time will be between 5 to 7 weeks.
