How long can I expect to wait until my parts are delivered

Consumable parts such as seals and bushes are posted the same day so long as they are ordered before 3pm. Various postal services are available so please see our Postage & Packaging section for estimated delivery dates. Other larger parts such as shock absorbers are built to order and can take up to 3 weeks, please call for a build time prior to ordering if you require confirmation.

What is the current turnaround time in your workshop?

Turnaround varies from 7 to 14 days depending on the time of year and nature of the work so please contact us prior to ordering to check our current work schedule.

What is included in your rebuild services?

Everything that is included in the basic rebuild service is listed in the advert description, generally all the consumables such as oil and oil seals including labour. Anything that isn't listed in the description would be a chargeable extra such as dust seals and bushing, please call before ordering if you are unsure whether your suspension repair would be covered by the basic service.

Can I drop in my suspension in at your premises?

You can drop in your suspension for repair or servicing between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays are by appointment only

Can I collect parts I have ordered in person?

Collection in person is fine between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays are by appointment only, please call in advance to make sure parts are available. We have a fantastic stock levels system but sometimes it does go wrong and we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey.
